Lowders Journey

Hi! Welcome to our Blog! The purpose of this Blog is to share the journey of the second half of our lives with you, our relatives and friends. After 36 years of marriage, raising a family, and retiring from careers, we found ourselves at a crossroads. In April 2010, we enrolled in a Discipleship Training School at University of Nations, Youth With A Mission, Kailua-Kona Hawaii. We are now pursuing our dreams while helping to fulfill God's Great Commission. This is the rest of our story!

The Start of Our Journey....

Here Jan has just finished being baptized at the South Shoreline of the Sea of Galilee in May 2009.

Here Darrel has just finished being baptized at the South Shoreline of the Sea of Galilee in May 2009.

It is hard to tell by the photos but, we were baptized several feet apart from one another but, both walked to the shore together to share our common stories of hearing the Lord's voice and call to Missions.
